Guys- Please stay away from SUZUKI ACCESS.. As I am getting around 30-34 Milege which is very low. Each month, I have to use petrol of around approx 600-700 rupees for approx 200 KMs..which has created hole to my pocket. A number of Access customers have reviewed their bike on BikeDekho.com. n...e complaint I could see from more than one customer was on the fuel economy. The reported mileage from these customers was anywhere between 28-32 kmpl on city roads and 35 kmpl on highways. If this is true, then this is ridiculously low and you should be staying away from the bike.Read More

@Akshay : I am using Castrol Engine Oil (It's the best) @harshil927 : 1.I did not experience sudden stopping since last 2 months .. 2. Self unit in the bike was not working proper. So, SUZUKI Service center replaced it for free ; after that I did not face any self start problem . 3. About... milege, It's still the same.. However some people do get even more milege.. So, you should check on internet how much milege other people are getting.. I am still getting around 23-25 .... I have just completed 800 Kms.. Probably it will increase after 1000 kms..Read More

Ok.. So I just brought it from service center (RIYA SUZUKI Service center, Mulund(Mumbai)). The problem was with wiring. They changed the wire which connects the start knob to battery and for the same they charged just Rs.35. Today I gave it for 2nd servicing which was free. The best part is ..., after servicing, it looks like new one.. also ride is much smoother. Read More

Lets see what’’s the problem is.. I have just given it for repairing and also for 2nd servicing. I will get the vehicle in the evening. Will update about the issue here. When I took the vehicle in RIYA suzuki service center, mulund, they took the battery out and tested the voltage, which came ...out 12.8. They said, let the vehicle cool off, then only they can come to the conclusion. Also, other problem which I missed in the review is , my suzuki acces’’s engine stops all of a sudden while driving . Although it’’s not that frequent but still I have experienced this at least 4 times in last 3 months. I told the same to the mechanic .. let’’s see if they are able to solve this problem. Reply to arti1978 : If what you are saying is true, then I must have to check what’’s problem with my bike..because I do not get that much average. In fact, today only I filled a full tank and calculated average as 23.5 Km. After reading your comment, I googled to find out why I am getting les...s milege and here is what I found : 1. Till 1000 KMs do not expect good milege. My scooter has completed just 570 KMs. 2. Never go beyond 40 & 50 KMs per hour . Bullshit review. I am driving this scooter since last 3 months, and it has never stopped.. Probably you should take class of driving scooter. Also, your dealer gave you bad service does not mean all dealers in the country will treat all customers the same way. What Roshu said is correct. I would like to add one more thing, if you try to start scooter without keeping it on centre stand, when the scooter will start, it will get a forward push and possibly it will collapse taking you along with it. .. so always, use centre stand to start scooter.
