My point to you Narrator appraisal records will give a picture of his delivery rate and performance. Whole narration is about salary not paid in time and organization response to that. If you aren't paid salary and organization response is ''No hard feelings :) and do not waste time'' To ...get salary in time one doesn't need good luck As you had asked if the narrator can run a similar company, what would be your answer if it is thrown back as would the founders of the company, can work as employee in similar sized company for at least a month.
