I ACTUALLY CHANGED MY HANDSET- INSERTED MY SIM FROM Samsung 5233s AND PUT IT INTO MY Motorola W2300, SENT MESSAGES TO 144 AGAIN.. THE 144 SERVICE WAS WORKING, I DEACTIVATED ALL MY OFFERS..
