Got billed for a service I didn't want/ask for . Review on Vodafone Mobile Operator

The Vodafone's 144 customer care number does not work!!!!! I DONOT WANT TO BE CHARGED for a service I DO NOT WANT and DID NOT ASK FOR!

I am extremely disappointed in the service. Today, right now even the Customer Care is not working.

1) I recharged my phone for Rs.52 for a 15 days validity mobile internet connection just to check out the service. Today is the last day of my validity and I get a message saying I will be moving into a weekly internet plan automatically - where I will be charged Rs.26 every week !!

They say "to deactivate SMS CAN VL52 to 144."

BUT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT WORK!! I get a message saying 'You entered the wrong keyword"

I DONOT WANT TO BE CHARGED Rs.26 everyweek for a sevice I don't want and DID NOT ASK FOR!

OH PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE.

Customer care on 111 is not working today.

2) In order to check my mobile internet balance I am supposed to SMS GPRS to 144.

BUT THIS SERVICEE DOES NOT WORK EITHER!! I get the same message "You entered the wrong keyword".

The only way for me to check usage is call up customer care , which today is not working either!

3) I suddenly recieved a message saying "Missed call alert will be activated, Rs.30 will be deducted per month. To deactivate SMS CAN MIC to 144. "

Well u don't need to be a genious to guess the fact that the 144 SERVICE DID NOT WORK!!

I GOT CHARGED AGAIN, a PRECIOUS Rs.30 from a STUDENT WITH PRECIOUS LITTLE INSUFFICIENT POCKETMONEY... Asses..I WANT MY BALANCE BACK!

ANd this is not the first time this has happened..
