HI, There are some things which are true and some which are false. >1) The handset is not free _ there is a hidden cost behind the same. >2) You pay 3000=00 RS. as Club Membership fees, which entitle you to receive privileged services like game downloads, ring tones, and a more of ...such freebies. If you think you are paying for the club membership fees, then isn't the handset free? If you think you are paying for the handset, then don't you think you are able to receive all the other features for free where any other mobile company charges so much. >>4) All seemingly free services like Voice Mail, Call Divert, Call Conferencing and Data Connectivity (Internet Services) are billed to you at regular talk time rates. There is no billing or charges for the services which you have mentioned above. If you want you can check with the brochure or with the Reliance information service centre in person. >> regaridng SMS, i agree with you. But for last one week AIRTEL had suspended the SMS facility to international mobile numbers. Who knows they may come up with a plan where the SMS is only for their mobiles. >>The low-cost STD calls too are for Reliance-to-Reliance phones only. If you wish to call up a standard landline, you pay standard MTNL/BSNL charges. You are entirely wrong on this. Within the Reliance circle (which covers the entire state and neighbouring states), you need to pay only 40 ps/min. Outside the reliance circle you need to pay only 65% of the standard MTNL/BSNL cahrges. I would rather sit back and watch the playing field level up, and then pick the tried and tested option that has proven its performance. I would like to bring to your notice that these views may have resemblance with the others in the market. This is what I have gained from the market, when I went to purchase the same. hi, very happy with that. but only one small correction. When you are roaming with a temporary number and somebody tries to call you on your permanent number and when that number is routed to the present number, then you need to pay 40 ps per min incoming charges. hi, there are some facts which you have probably not understood or trying to give wrong information. Regarding 40 ps/min, , this applies to STD calls to any Reliance moble phones anywhere in India and also to any phone numbers within the circle. Within the circle means the city where Reliance... service exists. and the circle covers the full state and in some cases neighbouring state also) For example, i am making a call from Bangalore to a landline in Tirupati(which is in a different state) at 40 ps per min. This is mentioned in the brochure and i confirmed from the Reliance customer information centre. please do check the brochure properly. hi, i don't know exactly from where you are using the Reliance. but TATA services in Bangalore are horrible. You can never get any call and you can never make even a single call from TATA CDMA mobile from the basement. The signal is so weak. i feel pity for these TATA subscribers whenever... i see them running into open ground to make calls. One thing they are happy with that is that they don't get calls at all when they are in basement so they don't need to run for that. Read More

hi, I am using my reliance mobile from 17th of last month. Although initially there was a problem for about a week, now i don't have any problem with accessing internet. Now, regarding live sports and news, the news and the live scores are continuously updated. For example, once you con...nect to the R-world's world cup, you get ball by ball commentary and in between you can easily recieve calls without any problem. Regarding the actual surfing of the internet, i am able to surf although you can't compare this with desktop computer. But this is definitely better than any other mobile service. Second, whenever you don't want to pick up a call, you can press the end button twice. First time when you press, the ringer will be silenced and next time when you press the call gets disconnected. bye bye chinniRead More
