tikona has 399 cb plan? i am not aware of it... it has cb299 plan and i had opted on this plan but due to high usage i migrated to unlimited usage plan... sometime u may experience lower speeds due to network/signal issues... however it is hard to believe that whole month u were on slow speed... dud...e u need to contact their nodal officer... am a statisfied customer of tikona and few of issues faced in past were effectively solved... agreed their resolution management is abit weak but other major ISPs like BSNL/AIRTEL/RELIANCE hardly care to resolve your problems on time... many of my friends are using internet of this ISPs and when problem occurs they are in soup...Read More

Hi, Saw ur query... seems there is some confusion... Nirav... the advertised speed / download speed is always higher than the speed that u get for accessing internet... when u surf net you get 1/8th speed of your said speed in ur plan... hence you are getting good speed in 300 kbps plan...

The facts mentioned by you in ur review are amazing... if u say dats the download in so many seconds than the speed shud be extremely gud... however other reviewers are complaining about the speed... ur review is good but difficult to digest... because i used cb299 plan and it was working great...

why dont u contact their nodal officer... dat might help u... and mtnl beleive is not so gud... it too has downtimes nad speed is very very slow during day time... at night it may be ok but during day its pathetic....

this may also happen due to default in the in-built device in laptop... i faced it... but after geting it repaired it is working fine... u may get it checked or bring ur friends laptop nad then check whether it is also getting same problem...

from ur review it seems dat customer care was able to help you but because of misunderstanding or lack of information you faced problem. the rs.800 was waived off. so your billing problem for kit gor resolved. now about your plan. it seems that u r on cb299 plan which gives 1gb free and than 1 rupee... for every mb till ur bill reaches 599. after that u may surf for free @ 64 kbps speed till next bill cycle. 599 is ur bill amount which doesnoyt inclide service tax. service tax is 10.30%. hence it would cum somewhere near 660 rupees. the bill received by you is perfect. no problem in it. its only that we need to understand and need to read the plan properly at the time of opting it so as to avoid problems in future. had you read the plan you wud never face such problems because it is not a problem at all.Read More
