I dont need sympathy.... I posted this, so that other don’’t fall for prey. This review wasn’’t mean to help me out of a big-big-crisis. And yeah, I hadn’’t signed any delivery document of the luggage, but don’’t want to run after consumer court to get this issue fixed which again may not result fruitful as not sure how prompt consumer courts are to get these issue resolved..
