If you can then send them some legal notice or file case in consumer court as suggested by some here. Immediately file charge back/dispute request to your bank to get your money. As these are big frauds/criminals/cheaters and will surely torture you but not refund any money though you can keep on tr...ying in background. Also you can send your written complaint to following address which I have after sending the complaint to 'del@cbi.gov.in'. Good luck. Hey Brother, Really feeling very sad about your incident. We have also passed through the same trauma and mental torture. I don't know whether you can get money from these thugs and frauds but without wasting any time, just go ahead for filing dispute/charge back request to your bank you used for ...payment for getting your money. Send legal notice to them and forward your mails to all media people and authorities to teach them a lesson. We are doing the same and don't loose hope as every devil has to die one day. Read More

These frauds will not refund money. Its better if you request immediately for making dispute request/charge back request to the bank which you have used for payment. Hopefully you will get your money. Best of Luck.

You can try contacting your credit card customer care and file a dispute request against the Timtara to get your money refunded. I have also done same as I have also been cheated from the site. I tried contacting even some of their Managers from the Head office in Noida as I live near by but they ne...ver take call after noticing your number and after that start misbehaving. I am also going through the same trauma. I am also planning to send some legal notice to them probably file a police complaint against the site. Thanks.Read More

I am also one victim of Timtara the cheater, I have ordered Samsung tab 2 for 16990/- on 2nd Jan but no delivery and no response from them. Order no. 10380410. Do you have some plan to get our money back, I went to their place at sector 8 but today office was closed and some people told me that t...hese are frauds and daily so many people come here to get their money or to get their bounced cheque refunded again. Don'y know what to do but we should do something.
