The Britannia mozzarella is better than Amul. It ha a real cheese flavor. In fact Britannia is a better flavored cheese, though Amul is great quality cheese. The difference is probably due to the milk used for making the cheese. I think cow's milk is better and gives better flavor, that's where Brit...annia has an edge as they use cow milk. Amul on the other hand uses ( or used to at least) buffalo milk for the cheese. Amul has improved on taste over the years, maybe they are using less buffalo milk now.
