I have contacted number of officials in the Maruti Suzuki india ltd and even the M.D. of Apra Auto, however, there is no response from them. There is a major fault in the car, which is known to them, they do not want to co-operate, as the warranty period is about to over after 2 months(approx), aft...er that it will be at customer cost.Read More

I would like to request to all to provide me the email id of M.D. of MSIL and also to help me in publishing my problem in the newspaper. Me and my family has lost confidence in the produce, we are afraid of sitting in the car, as due to missing problems, we have met with an accident 2 times. I have contaced RSM, however, there is no response from him too. I have written to Noth India Commercial Head and to National Sales Head, no one is responding. Sent number of mails, no reply. Apra Auto (Dealer) GM is mis-beheaving and threatening me to not to write mails or I will be in trouble.
