rsinha1975! I'm agree with you too that IGNOU has its best study material and perfect syllabus but problem is with those bastrd babulog sitting in Regional centres, study centers and at Delhi head office who simply don't want to work.

Bharat! I'm fully agree with you. hardly any student can complete his degree in time and that cause of IGNOU staff disinterest behavior times pass attitude.
