One Mr. Rakesh Ranga (airtelpresence@airtel.in) from Airtel had commented and offered to help with resolving my issue. However, after I wrote to him at the above mentioned email address and commented here, he has been very prompt in DELETING his comment and not replied to my mail either. This speaks... volumes about Airtel's attitude towards their customers Only if Airtel was this prompt in resolving customer queries, people would have good things to say about them.
