'Sonia' alias 'Ajit's shoe licker' , why is the issue deflected towards a competitor ? You have no ba.ll.s to accept the fact that Quest sucks in HR and salary levels are worst among the industry standard (stingiest) ? How much do you get for lic.k.ing ajit's shoes ?

There’s some commissions given for awards, recently Ajit offered $5000 (roughly Rs.2,25,000/-) for award from Sullivan & Frost. John Sidharth of Frost & Sullivan was disgusted as he knows Aravind and Ajit since some time. Normally for such facilitation a soft fee of $25000 upwards is expecte...d. After paying up this much they made John Siddarth to make some statement to be recorded as Testimonial on quest website.

Pravin w/o any doubt has contributed to qUest in a big way , but it was also b’cos of foxy nature of Ajit. Ajit stole many things from GE R&D centre in USA, many classified stuff was also stolen by his team who were also based in other GE locations who had pre-planned to quit GE. That’s the reas...on why Quest was able to support GE easily in the initial stages.
Ajit is smart bast.a.r.d when it comes to use and throw policy apart from Pravin & his team of 30 who were thrown out, Ajit managed to use many others before discarding....the list is huge (more than 200 of which 100+ are top performers)
So the company is dangerous to the most efficient ones and also the working level people, overall this company has no basic standards compared to other company of similar size.
Engineers from biggger companies, be-aware of this company, shuttle b/w bigger ones only like HCL, GE, Satyam, Infotech, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc
Top performers, this company will lure you and may even look after you, but once they find you threatening some ’top people, they will throw you into gutter, they will first disable your swipe card !!!
Freshers and ordinary engineers, you should look for some standard companies which have better employee policies. At quest you can be anywhere from bench to gutter. Due to low salary, you may not get jobs outside.
More importantly, Quest is known as bench company with all talents been thrown out. Many companies know that most quest employees are under used/not used and the experience is not solid one. BEWARE !!
