Yes! We should do something about these issues. Regarding the above issue I have an update. I informed them that I will be filing a FIR against CEO of make-my-trip. Immediately after my mail, I got reply form them that they will refund me the whole money with out deducting the cancellation cha...rge and service charge. It clearly shows that they are thieves. If they are honest, it is not necessary to do this kind of service for me. Read More

Hello boss! I am not a marketting manager of other sites. we too have our own job to do. I am really pissed off with make-my -trip, thats why I am writing this. You may be having good luck. But I didnt have!!!

Hello sir, Thanks for your input. yes, I have all the proff with me in mail. Actualy I am mentally disturubed by calling ther customer suport for atleast more than 5 Times, I never used to write these kind of reviews; this is my first time. I seek guidence. How said this issue is solved. I am venkat from Tokyo-Japan, I really pissed off with ____-my-trip. However, I will be writing my own review, let me advise all customer be aware for poor customer service form make-my-trip. You fools does not provide service through customer service call etc..... But you do service through reviews??? its sounds funny . Actually The User AMRITA is the computer system name of Make-My-Trip, which is apprecating Make-My-Trip in this review... I am planning to file case in Section 409. Criminal breach of trust by public servant, or by banker, merchant or agent .Read More
