my husband didnt mind waiting with me..agreed some days the doctor just got busy in the emergency room or labour room attending to some other woman in labour! hullo..tomorrow it could be me or your wife! so show some respect and understanding!! men!!

if you wanted your doctor to put your baby to sleep instead of your wife or yourself, (or even a nurse since you'd rather sleep!!), it is pathetic of yourself. And is this what you have stated as an emergency??? Good lord! My sympathy to your newborn and wifey!

while it is good to share feedback, unless its specific there is no use. these feedback sites have become a platform of abuse with competitors writing bad about others and so on. so unless you state things clearly, whats the use? also, you have made personal attack/comments against the doctor which ...is not correct and its an abuse. i am writing based on my experience. this is a good hospital. you said yourself its good for delivery. if you have a specific grievance write about it. you cant say anything can be emergency. if you expect the hospital to perform cardiac surgery then i dont know. every hospital and doctor has capabilities and limitations, and at times the best thing the doctor can do is refer the patient, and not waste time and money by keeping the patient and doing the wrong or ''second best'' treatment. so maybe it was for your own good. regarding ttk, i also was a ttk holder. but the hospital is not accepting ttk cashless (they provide reimbursement support for ttk) as there was some dispute with ttk regarding rates. it has nothing to do with the service.Read More

I delivered a baby just last month at Credence Hospital and I had a really wonderful experience. There were no issues at all and the doctors were extremely professional. Same with the nurses and administration. Both me and my baby are doing very well although my baby did develop jaundice on the 2nd ...day, he was treated very well by a their chief pediatrician (who is a lady by the way). And my total bill was only under Rs.18,000. I dont know about your individual case, which may have gone wrong for so many reasons, but generally the hospital has a great track record. This is from the reviews I have received from my friends also who all mostly work in Technopark. I also needed cashless, but the same TPA you mentioned is not accepted by the hospital because the hospital has blocked them as a TPA for cashless- not the other way around. The administration told me it was due to improper practices by the TPA. And they were prompt in providing me all the support for processing my claim. I think healthcare is very different from all other services and the amount of strain and effort doctors and nurses put in for our sake should not be seen with such apathy. We all stand in front of them in suffering, and later when things go well, we come back and write reviews about them as though they are some catering service. This approach has to change first and only then we can stop seeing them as a commercial service. Hospitals cannot be blamed. We want the best of everything, best room, best bathroom, cleanliness etc and yet complain when we get the bill. And the comment by Javeed - 'thanks your star' and 'sad state of affairs' - I wonder if he knows what he is talking about at all.
