continued... I called them on Sunday morning (very busy business day for them to target victims like me). When I started talking them about there fraud and etc. there was no proper person to give me the answers, there were escaping from my calls, there were no responsible person to justify themselve...s. I see these guys just doesn’t even have guts to tell there MD’s name. What kind of business men these are! Finally I spoke to Gopi (who clams himself as a manager) claming my money back, who just said use our services or forget and get rid off! Dirty hospitality, it wasn’t the same when we first met them! Before all this to happen, we planned to try use there services & wanted to go to ooty, I see there is nobody bothered to pick any phone called and even if they pick they just doesn’t care even to answer. This went on for more than 3 hours! Now I realize that I have wasted my money, but for sure I will put all my efforts to bring this fraud company “CASA retreat Pvt. Ltd.” No: 32, 2nd floor, Castle Street, Richmond Town Bangalore – 560 025. (Near to brigade towers) to an END! But with out there knowledge I have taken all the necessary evidences and documents and call recording and etc. where this company cannot even think of! I am now planning to link all this information to media and other tourism bodies and conserved authorities. See to that investigation starts from ROC (Register of companies), etc etc etc! I request all the people who have been cheated from this company to come on support and find a way for this company… Well if any employees of this CASA is reading this message, it is time to search for your next job!Read More

continued... So finally I wanted to get rid of this as soon as possible. On the other had I thought I could use this some how, since it was a long time I had taken my family on a trip. I paid 8,750/- for a 1 year plan and if I need to extend further, I need to pay remaining 50% (8,750/-) for the res...t 2 years. I also said them that, if your company is into any fraud or any such practices, you’ll have to refund my money back… they said proudly YES! Before giving my debit card, I asked them to show the prospects and agreement they said only once you pay the amount you will be giving be review the whole bundle of information. If fact I never thought ahead of what would be there in the agreement. Well then another guy called “Gopi” came to my table will all documents and prospects, introduces himself as a Manager. By that time both me and my wife were completed tired and frustrated to finish and walk out. I signed up the agreement without even reading it completely. However, even if I had read completely, there was no USE, since they had already drawn my money from my card. We quickly signed and walked out from there office collecting gift of worth not more than 200/-. After returning to my home, I did searched about this company on net, only them I got to know this company is into big fraud, with 3 rated reputation. I also read there agreement and all prospect, the promise was different; they say they will provide “3 star hotel or equivalent”, this was infact shocking and many more hidden charges and hidden clause. What they talked and what is written on the paper were never matching. Next morning I quickly called couple of hotels that were listed in there brochure, to know the room rates in off season, it was still same and less then what these fraud company CASA is offering. continued....Read More

Once when we reached there Sunitha took me & my wife to open hall where there were about 10 small tables and 3 to 4 chairs around each table. then a lady named ''Daszi'' came down to our table and started introducing he company as ''travel agency'' and started talking to us as if she kn...ows me from many years (marketing gimmicks). I once again asked them about where they got my lucky dip coupon, there was no proper answer. Only then I could know what the real story was, which was surprising!!! Then the other lady and a guy came to our table and started explaining about there product. Starting with, they are not fooling like Country club or Mahindra holiday. I was totally NOT interested with any of there product, but on courtesy issues we listen to the whole story about there packages... They have packages for 7days and 4 days trips in India for that you have to make a payment of 30500 or 17500 respectively and it is for 3 years where the accommodation will be in “3 Star Hotel”. Every year you will get a chance to make a trip in India. I said well I'll get back to you in a day or too on this. He then surprised them saying this offer is only for a today! (Next day when I searched on net about this company, only then I got to know this is a daily business fro them) I said I cannot afford this for now until I get to know more about your company. This discussion went on till 7:30. Same discussions were going on in all the tables. I could see people shouting at them, but couldn’t listen to what they were discussions, since there was a very loud sound at the back ground... Hello Travelers, I am Basker from Bangalore, working for a company. I know this is a big story, but worth ready! Once Saturday afternoon (30/05/2009) I got a call from a fraud company called 'CASA Retreat Pvt. Ltd.', introduced them as a gifting agency. Said that I had dropped a lucky ...dip coupon at Garuda mall or Forum mall and I am the winner including 200 other winners & asked to collect the gift of worth 2000/-. So the company has outsourcers to deliver the gifts to the winners. However I was surprised to know when and where did I dropped such lucky dip coupon??? Then I asked her to give me more details about this and as well give me the details of which company has asked you to award these gifts, etc, etc... She was linking all confusing answers and asked me to come down to her office so that she will explain about the gift as well the company etc... Since it was Saturday I and my wife thought to go for a shopping and on the way we can collect our gifts, etc... We took it little light and went around 5:30Pm in the mean while she (Sunitha) gave a call for about 6 to 7 times... which was very surprising!!!
