They are still not able to resolve the issue completely and having a gap in internal communication, they told me they will fix ALL the issues and what actually is that they replaced one door(I think to send the status to their upper mgmt.) which was less damaged and most damages remain same annoying.... I have also seen some issues in their clubhouse and topmost is that NOBODY cares, the main and only machine was unfunctional for at least 15 days and weight clock is faint for almost 2 months which I myself complained them almost 10 times which is quite frustrating and very disappointing.Read More

The same thing happened to me twice, this time I bought a mobile to gift my sister this Rakhi, and obviously, I will not open it before rakhi, I gave her on Rakhi and after using 2 days she told me the battery is heating and draining down quickly. I didn't report FK because I knew there is no se...nse to contact them as they only return it within 10 days or maybe 7 days I don't know but I had 12 day passed then, now I have to live on the grace of service center. Earlier I bought a Panasonic phone which had some peeling off color backside which I ignored. The importance of writing my review is to support above quote that 'FK may give the best rates sometimes, but it is also true that they compromise the quality'. I can't say whether one should purchase from FK or not, but definitely, they should control the quality which is being compromised and would diminish their Kingdome over a night.Read More

@julyjoseph, till now I have nothing to share as still I have no hear back from their side as it's yesterday evening I got a call from their end, so I believe they would take a few more hours or may a day or two to investigate. Regarding the win-win situation, I would like to tell here I am expec...ting no win-win, the reason behind is that wherever a cost is involved, the consumer should be getting whatever is promised and quoted, say for an example if you buy an iPhone and you found it's screen has some defects, the win-win situation is that Apple repairs it so that the phone is up and working, but an Ideal situation says that Apple should give them a new phone, nobody likes repairs on the very newly purchased phone. So I believe the win-win is when they replace my doors instead get them repaired.Read More
