Looks like infibeam_cheat is correct. The worst customer service ever faced. For Order 10641609 I complained on 3rd May regarding the missing table mount item. Till now they were just buying time and today all of a sudden she is asking what kind of item is missing. I mean all these days they were s...aying they are in touch with merchant and he will be sending it soon... Thank god i waited for the micromax technician to come and unpack it, and also made the video while unpacking. He said they usually test the product before dispatching it, its good practice but they should be careful while repacking it.Read More

Guys good news again, I ordered Micromax 32' LED TV on Apr 26, 2013 (Order 10641609), and received it on May 3, 2013. Though it took more days than what i was expecting but was happy after seeing a well packed TV inside. But the problem is one of the table mount item is missing so not able to insta...ll it yet. All these days they were sounding little positive, but after yesterdays call... any ways they need another 3days. Lets wait and watch. Sounds like there definition of investigation is just call up logistic ppl (courier) and conclude. Mean while trying to understand other means of fighting against o...nline shopping fraud. Finally after 5 days of complaint. They called today and asked me to send the snaps and videos again. Looks like they will start the investigation now :( till now they were just playing 24hours tape.
