Ybcsa156398 now they have given one more complaint number. Still they haven't responded and not yet deliverd product. Not yet received call from them.

At last I got my sony xperia Z after 23 days. Thanks to subhot bhalla complain manager. he has done very good job. He has delivered mobile as per his commitment on 6th april 2013. he handled this issue very well and solved.

since 23 march am waiting. how long need to wait..every time saying wait for some time..wait for some time.. I am not feeling well, My health is going down and facing High BP. Till date my product not yet delivered and if call customer care just they are saying wait for some time s since 14 march am waiting and they are not giving assurance of product delivering . till date status is same and they haven't shipped the product and not yet called by Case manager. Every time they are saying wait 24 hour . since 23 march these people are saying same that wait for 24 hour. I don't know why they are not delivering the product. after payment. Status is same till date no update they haven't dispatched and also not yet called by Case manager. Every time they are saying within 24 hour you will get call. but no one has called me.
