1. I have the honour to report and bring forward to your notice , about an serious False claim of services and fraud by APC India on APC Inverter Products .
2. I have purchased the APC Inverter in Sep 2005 . I was told APC would provide the services with in 24 hrs .
I have launched a Service Compliant on APC India on 13 Apr 2007 and till date they made multiple promises and commitments not even turned
2. Due to the Unservicability of APC Inverter , I have incurred a heavy loss of nearly 34000 Rs .
3. Request your good office to take a note of this incident by APC India and also advice for initiate appropriate action ..
