Think many times before buying property from SLS
SLS Buildings - Bangalore

Thanks a lot for your review. I have been a tenant of SLS Serenity for past few years. Problems are plenty in this few years old apartment - like broken pipes, poor lifts, poor maintenance of amenities like swimming pool, gym etc.. Gym is not functional right from the day I took occupancy... Quality... of equipments was so poor. I pity those people who spent lakhs to buy such a liability. Your comments only show that SLS builders have not shown interest to improve over time. I have started looking for a flat to buy. Needless to say that SLS is on top of my ''Ignore'' list.Read More
