let me add to swift's review. summary of pros and cons - pros - excellent engne and gear box vfm - zxi variant - all goodies at a resonable price excellent low speed drivability cons - poor interior plastics with rough edges rear leg space and boot at premium OEM music quality is ...average lack of storage space in the car- just 3 cup holders the biggest drawback - waiting period and since the new swift is launched in europe - its now outdated , so no point in purchasing till new 2011 swift arrives . this above statement is crucial if your deciding to buy the vehicle. the ford figo is a good car but it is not entirely a new car . the platform is nearly 8 years old yes same as fiesta sold here. essential equipment is missing in top end version - rear power window. it does not sound that important but if you have a child sitting in rear you can't lock the windows. ...for me it is a glaring omission.the diesel engine is good but petrol engine is underpowered for highways . Indians are always price conscious but they should not ignore basic amenities which is available in other cars. by the way swift is a good vehicle don't criticize the vehicle for rear space . if you want space go ahead choose that vehicle which has space. buy a vehicle which suits you but in the that process never skimp on essentials.Read More

yes these magazines are biased towards certain manufactures namely Honda , Mercedes , Toyota , vw. the autocar india haven't tested 1.4 punto yet. lot of good auto journalist have left this magazine why ? . the magazine has lot errors especially in buying section.please read these magazine but don't... trust these mags blindly when purchasing something with your hard earned money.Read More
