Ivy Estate villa is one of the finest villa structures that I have seen. Honestly speaking, I have been on a spree to buy a villa in or aorund Pune. But wherever I went, I was not satisfied with something or the other. The price of these Ivy Estate villa is a little high but I think it is justified ...if you see the valuables that you get. Living in a Kolte-Patil home is nothing less than inheriting a legacy. That is what I feel. I have seen so many developers begin construction and then vanish away with people's money. But KPDL guys are not like that otherwise how will they built so many homes in Pune? So this villa is also one of the proofs that their projects are very good. One of my friend stays in the flats constructed by Salarapuria and he is really satisfied with the end product. The homes are spacious and well-constructed. I have checked their website and I have noticed that most their projects are situated on locations which have good connectivity.

Water-problem is something that most of the big cities in India are facing. As a responsible citizen, we should find out ways to not waste water. Builders can only arrange some facilities for us. But they cannot produce water. In our society, we faced the same issues for over a year. But then we all... decided that we'll create our own water resource. So now we have installed water-treatment and rain-water harvesting in our society and we get ample supply of water. Now talking about projects by Kolte-Patil. They usually provide many services to the residents but sometimes they may not be able to manage things that are not in their hands. For this, we should come forward and contribute. Don't you think living in a city is a collaborative thing. One should not always put all the blame on the developer.Read More

I will like to say something. How can a company making false promises survive for more than 2 decades? Not possible. Must be a miscommunication. Their sales team is always ready to help. We can get our doubts cleared very easily.
