When it works its great. The problem is with after sales. LG does not seem to have the right engineers. Even simple problems evade them it seems.

Time for update. I had to fix this issue (Fortunately it was a simple fix). Thanks to You Tube. But customer care never really cared. Think twice before buying dishwashers from LG. They do not seem to have competent engineers for this range of products.

Well you fall in the rarest of the rare groups when it comes to Kolte-Patil Wagholi. They do have very well defined processes but most of them are not implemented at ground level. Yes they will take complaints but do nothing! Hope you honeymoon with KP continues (if it has not changed already). Just go to consumer court. It will get resolved one way or the other and most probably with a monetary compensation too
