Hi, I got a call from the service manager after writing this review. He said 'the floor mats have arrived, you can come and get it fixed tomorrow'. So I made an appointment and went there, had to wait for like half hour to get the service advisor. Then an hour for them to take the car up to the gara...ge in first floor.
