This is after the chennai floods. 3" water went inside my car.
It is 2months now and there is still no proper response for when i could get my floor mats replaced(default fabric mats). Initially when i gave it for service, they did nothing.
They refused even to clean the interiors. I took it to 3m and they did a good job in 1hr. But to replace the mats i have to wait for capital honda. How can one drive a car with it stinking inside. I asked them atleast to remove the floor mat and give it to me so that i can clean it myself. They are even refusing to do that. Even the service manager gives no proper response. Always says it will come tomorrow, day after, etc. Useless.
