You can mail their customer support, so u will get an automated reply. you need to preserve it so whenever u receive another months bill u have the proof to complain in consumer court. I faced the same problem with Airtel once.

Its been 6 months now since got this band. Now it doesn't connect to my phone via bluetooth. I only use it as a watch.
