this is regarding snapdeal.com. the offer for dental care worth about approximate rs.3000/- was offered for rs.249/-
the dental care clinic was called mission dental smile, located at garcha road, kolkata. it was like buying a mercedes benz car at the price of a maruti car. the clinic people do not pay any heed or attention to the snapdeal buyers. treat them like people from third world. complaints to snapdeal have proved to no avail. my complaint letter to them is atteched herewith. through your site I would request members of this site not to fall into this trap. would also request snapdeal to dis associate itself from mission dental smile.
would also request snapdeal to refund my entire amount as I walked out of the clinic without any treatment after waiting for more than an hour with prior appointment.

Dear Sirs/Madame,
The above mentioned Dental Clinic gave me an appointment for the dental check up, etc., as per voucher details mentioned below on 24-04-2011.
The appointment was taken earlier during the week. The appointment was schedule at 12noon. I reached there at about 11-50, that is 10 minutes prior to the appointed time. The receptionist at first refused and said there was no appointment. Then she said she will check up and I was asked to sit down. After about thirty minutes I approached the lady whether the appointment was there or not. She neither denied nor accepted, but again requested me to sit down.
After about 10minutes I was given a few sheets of paper with personal medical questions. I was asked to complete the form. In fact besides the medical details the questionnaire even asked the names of personal physicians. I completed the questionnaire and handed over to the lady.
I was made to sit there for another 30minutes, no body responded. Almost after an hour I approached the lady again, she told me that the doctor would see me in a few minutes and requested me to sit down.
As the lunch time was approaching and after spending almost about an hour and 15 minutes I left the place in huff.
My Rs.100/- that I had given to the lady was not returned nor was the snap deal form that was handed over to her.
This was also not my first try for an appointment. Prior to this I had tried booking for an appointment several times, but they did not have any appointment available for an entire 2 week it seems.
I am sorry; this will make me think twice to take up a deal from your site again. You should not refer or join such useless organizations that treat and cheat their perspective customers. I am totally disheartened and cheated by your site including the above referred dental clinic.
I would request you to refund my total amount, including the amount paid at dental clinic.
