Before shopping on 'shopping.indiatimes.com' think twice.
What happens incase the goods received are defective? Ask yourself this question first then go ahead.
Most of the goods advertised look tempting. The prices and discounts offerd too look mind blowing.
First of all most of the products are of cheap chinese origin.
Secondly they are not "guranteed", its "warrenty."
The courier service, that is TNT Couriers do not have a proper telephone line.
In case the defective product which is suppositly be picked up by them from your address, says "this number does not exist."
I am writing this blog for I have gone through the entier process to get a defective product replaced.
Sorry to state till date im still awaiting when I will get the correct telephone number of the courier service and when they will pickup the product from my address.
Its a lengthy proces, cumbersome and without any help from the sellers side. So please think twice before ordering online to 'shopping.indiatimes.com.
