This is the email sent to the so called, Customer Care....

Hi,


Inspite of many comlaints to the Customer Service, the issue related to the speed of the connection and the stability of the connection isn't resolved.


One of your customer care executive called me up once and the call got disconnected while I was speaking to him. He did not even care to call me back, which shows your pure negligence and ignorant attitude to the customers.


The behavior of the customer care executive whenever I call is completely unacceptable. They are respectless and never helping attitude. Unfortunately, there is not a single place where I can drop my feedback on the service that is provided nor the satisfaction survey, where I can provide my sole satisfaction that I had with the customer care.


There has been fluctuations in the signal and this has been reported by the Network team a month and a half back. Till date, I experience the same and this has now gotten worse. There are intermittent breaks in the connection and the connection drops are profusely high. I start downloading some important official files and experiences connection drops, which after waiting for 3 hours and trying to connect to the network by all possible means, fetches the connection and again the same problem exists.


None of them are ready to take care of the issue. The call to the customer care needs me to be connected for atleast 2 hours, in the night and atleast an hour in the day. I will be kept on hold for a long time that I can easily have a nap to my satisfaction and then wake up, only to know that I was still on hold.


I was completely frustrated to the service and the customer care provided by the country's largest Service Provider, knowing that its very very poor in retaining the customers and providing worst service. The sweet calls from the self or third-party tele-callers and urgent bookings without even making me think and give atleast a day for going through reviews on the Internet regarding your service to others in the country, trapped me in the dungeon. Later then, I realized that I am part of the other world, where I am in a well of untrustful promises and unsuccessful retention of the customers to the service provided by VSNL/TATA.


Now, without wasting a minute of what I felt and frustrated (hoping the connection will not drop till the time I click on SEND), I would like to extend my thanks to the service (worst) provided by VSNL/TATA and take away the connection (which no longer can be used) and return the amount that is due (after payment of 4 months rent in advance) on pro-rata basis.


Please accept this connection close without any second thought and refund the amount that is left out, unused.
