We bought amaron battery and inverter spending almost Rs13000 thinking of the International brand value.They are great while selling the product. The battery barely lasts for an hour with just 2 lights and 2 fans. If you make the mistake of calling the TollFree number, you will talk to a rude uneducated brute who will hang up your call if you dont give him the details he asks for in the correct order. He wont even give you a chance or explain where on the bill or warranty card the details are. After calling several times, you will get the number of the local service person whose mobile and landline is either switched off or they wont answer the call. I am infuriated at the service and the product and so insulted having to deal with such an unprofessional company. Please have mercy on yourself and never buy their product.
