When I Was into middle school I heard something called the brain drain for the first time…The sound effect of the word was awesome , eventually I was glued to it…. and landed in to the school library searching for its real meaning….yes from many a book I managed to get the worldly definition for it but its real meaning I got to know when I myself became a victim of it…..yes people say it is globalization that we are moving out of our own country, earning ready bucks from onsite and coming back at home after sometime and resulting into a proud owners of a car or a house….but if you notice carefully for those dollars you have worked harder than your the then native counterparts, sacrificed your weekends at a cheaper rate, stayed away from your roots and have often been bullied by your clients for all those dollars…. YES THAT’S THE TRUTH…..We all know we Indians or any foreign nationals are paid much lesser In U.S or U.K or for that matter in any parts of the world in comparison to the native’s salary….of course you would say it is the concept of cheap labor..what’s bad in it when a youngster is getting opportunity to go and stay in a foreign country, enjoy his/stay as well as earn some more bucks…..you may not understand its pitfall but you surely will within next decade….but to correctly put in…it is our attitude than despite having the biggest pull of talent Indians cannot make that much money for themselves but love to get paid from others….and work for others….

There was a point of time when we used to excuse ourselves saying we don’t have money but now after almost 62 years of our independence, as we have lost many we have gained a lot also. We are a diplomatic country with positive growth, we are the largest democracy with huge pull of educated men then why are we tend to be static….seriously being an IT professional I do really feel, we r privileged, it high time for India to wake up……

Wake up India, Its time to go not go to work, it’s time to get people work for you. Do not be an engineer just because you have an engineering degree. Do what you think you are good at and eventually you will be good at what you think. Start something that’s your own, start to think big, utilize your merit to attain what you plan, you will see the difference- you cannot be sacked, you certainly cannot quit. Start something with as less as 10,ooo.you don’t need more- you don’t need any references, any politicians or the police-all you need is you and to understand yourself. Start with 10,000 as you can make it go up to thirty billion…yes it is true- yes we all can do it, if we want…many of us really can- we the simple regular guys and gals, we the dreamers whose dreams get closed inside the four walls…..just take it out, speak about it aloud and take India to plunge into the bliss….remember one such man who has done it..We all dream like he had but he dared to win and keep on winning and we don’t stop out to even test the pleasure…. Wake up India….In this market condition we really can make not only Indian win but the world see a better future… show them all we do not win by killing but by being resilient, merciful and using our education for betterment of all. Eventually you will see many more Infosys are growing up in India and sharing a higher degree of positivity in world economy.
