Can Indians actually Trust NIA or its makers?

All our renowned ministers and Members of Parliament are up to something new: they are on the track to decide up on establishing the first National Investigating Agency (NIA) in India to fight terror attacks or all those heinous crimes that India has been devastatively hit by over and over again. The NIA is supposed to be India's answer to the US' FBI.
Supposed to be; Mind it!
Surely it can bring end to all our worries and suffering by making itself an exemplary structure of a state but for that matter most importantly the work base of NIA should be supported by tough laws like TADA or POTA. Without proper implementation of law, the entire system will fall flat as it had happened in the past. Checking Terror is not a joke when especially it is seen that some of the brighter talents of the world has chosen terrorism as their “holy” Profession. To check terror, there should be proper coordination between state & NIA team with regular sharing of feedback and information.
Moreover the LAW should allow all the cases related to terror to have separate court within respective HIGH COURTS .Instead of increasing the detention of people for longer period by police or any investigating agencies the punishment should be very severe for terror activities with quick trial. Police reforms are mandatory. Infrastructure & work environment in police department should be increased in order to make them more involved in their work.
Despite all the facts and initiative every Indian will have a bout of fear and a puff of uncertainty within because what can haunt them is after all FIA will also be ruled and granted with our Government and ministers only . So, if now before its initiation we cannot trust the law and its makers, how come will we suddenly start trusting the whole system. Will it be able to be so perfect at the very onset itself…
With all my reverence to all the martyrs of 26/11, let me say: Moreover, Indian Police force where ever it may be, all over the country are considered to be a culmination point of worthy brains with some unworthy physic…and why not; most of our officers and forces are either among the least paid groups, underprivileged or are over pressed with bulging tummies…working as a corollary to their immense injustice to their body… even if we believe we have creams of talent among them and get hold of some macho peopl e with brains and experience to fit into the NIA..WILL IT WORK To DOMINATE THE TERRORISTS…..
