(Vodafone ) unresolved vodafone dongle issue

Dear sir,


This mail to bring to your notice that I have been cheated with your channel partner regarding my Vodafone connection both sim card and usb dongle. I am including all the necessary details below.


I request your action at the earliest.


Vodafone data card (sim-post paid) no: 9052043622. Plan told: Rs.250/month (1gb)


Vodafone usb dongle no with the above sim card: imei No: 861020004499808. Serial no: w5t5ta9292200315.


Case of dongle started jan 29th 2013: my dongle was not working properly, I gave complaint to Mr vijay kumar srigiri, sme team leader, bearing ph no: 9703492569 c/o: aka enterprises pvt ltd (channel partner), begumpet. I went to them 2days continuously and they asked me to go service center at panjagutta. The concern person in panjagutta said that my dongle was in voice plan (199) and told me the change in 3g plan. So I went to aka enterprises and changed to 3g and consulted the same with panjagutta Vodafone office.


They again in Vodafone office panjagutta told me after not understanding the exact issue that my laptop is a problem, they moreover told to connect to some other system and check. I informed the same to aka enterprises and they asked me to come to their office and tried In their system and it was again not working.


Next day after 4hrs of waiting, their technical person came and worked on the dongle and it was working with their system, then it was tried to work in my laptop and still it didn’t work. So I went to my technical person in my office and somehow the dongle got connected but it was not getting connected to my server, I took dongle to work for my organization with secure network which is not happening. Then again I informed the exchange of dongle to aka enterprises and they said will replace it but no response till date:


Mr vijay kumar srigiri is communicating in abusive tone with no concern or responsibility about the issue, this is the same person who assured me good service and requested me to take Vodafone dongle for better quality. They information he gave about the plans and portability is all wrong and irrelevant to me, I was promised the following deals:


I was promised 250plan/post paid but 199plan activated on the dongle which is extra charge for me.


With 199plan for sim calling(portability with no:9000147744) is was promised for luggage bag which is not yet deliverd to me.


(kindly note that for the same laptop I have used tata,Vodafone,reliance and airtel dongles earlier and I never faced this kind of technical issue.)


I kindly request you to resolve this issue at the earliest and there is very poor response from your channel partners as well.


For your information I have all communication exchanged via mails, and telephonic recorded voice calls of conversations.
