Isn't it is our duty to inform our parents about our whereabouts?
When her flight got delayed, Paralympian Deepa malik was just performing her obligatory duties.
However, she had to encounter extremely rude and unethical behavior of an air hostess who asked her to'chill'
Deepa malik tweeted "Cabin crew senior(member) was rude in flight who told me to speak softly at a time when I called parents to inform delay in flight". On objecting, she says'Sweetheart chill'."
She also tweeted about the airline's incapability in handling wheelchair passengers. She says,"They did not know how to shift a person from seat to cabin chair. The entire staff stood and looked at each other for 10 min."
the Paralympian was on her way back home after attending a programme with Sachin Tendulkar and Hrithik Roshan.
Vistara was quick to respond and sent her a written apology on twitter before they sent a representative to apologize to her in person
While Airhostess might have committed a mistake of not recognizing the Paralympian, it isn't morally correct to behave with any passenger this way
This incident might make the airline take action for better care and treatment of wheelchair passengers.
