Society remains in constant need of one thing or the other and multifarious attempts are made to fulfill these requirements. Amongst the various necessities of society, top priority should be given to evolution of a high level of character in man, since it is only persons of high character who are known to have competence and courage to bring about revolutionary changes for betterment of individual and community life. The remaining mass of people, on the other hand, is found squandering time, and energy in wasteful degenerating activities, instead making any contribution to allevation of suffering of man.
