Smartphones are now part of our life. but the main issue which every user have is battery backup. even phone companies are fed up from their cell phones that are not performing up to the mark. so instead of tweaking phone they are just increasing the battery capacity of the phone like the one we can see in the recent launched smartphone by Lenovo under the name of P2. it have massive 5100mah battery that gives one and half day of heavy usage battery.

But we are not going to change to smartphones. some will do change but some will still have some budget issue or they love their phone very much.

I know most of you will Know about the battery tips so I am writing on the behalf of those who actually don't know how to save the battery. So lets get started.

1) First of all we have to control the background apps. for that we can actually limit out process in the developer options. but here is a tiny little thing that will not work with some users. Developer options allow to limit process up to 4 processes. So to overcome these issue we have to look for those apps which are consuming your RAM in background and those apps that actually bottlenecking your processors. example for cleaning apps, UC browser notification bar etc.

2) second thing is that if your phone speaker volume is good enough then put the vibration off. vibration actually consume battery a lot. specially on notifications. when you are holding your phone in you hands try to off the vibration for the time period. if you think you are too lazy to do that just make a profile suitable for his naming hands or something.

3) Put the brightness on the auto sensor mode. if your phone is not having auto light sensor detection then it is suitable to adjust your brightness according the least visibility.

4) Clear your cache memory time to time. it can be found in the storage options in the settings. putting unused data on your storage can decrease your performance. I know I know some will say that cache memory is like temporary memory that actually help to run apps. like in the browser. browsing become much faster, but just try it doing once. cleaning apps also do the same thing.

5) if your phone is having less then 1 gb or 512 mb internal memory then you probably should move some of your least used apps in the SD card. try to buy phone with at least 8 gb ROM

6) opt for a faster microSD card. it will cost you little bit more but will pay you much. faster SD cards are available in speed like 48 mbps, 70 mbps or more than 100 mbps. price may very according to the speed. but why we need this? you can move your regular apps in a faster card and they will not hang much than before.

7) try to opt for at least 2gb RAM phone because nowadays google play services are much heavy to run on 1gb RAM and basics apps like facebook and facebook manager do consume lot of memory and storage space.

8) try to avoid facebook app for two reasons. first it will consume storage space more than 300 mb upon full featured installation and it also consume more RAM. try to install facebook lite. it is a good alternative.

9) shut your location services when you actually don't need them or put that on battery saving mode. camera geo tagging must be avoided to save much battery on clicks. 10) try to avoid such area where sim signal fluctuations are more than normal. frequent changes will lead to battery drain

11) switch off your data when you don't need it. or use wifi. wifi is much battery saving than the packet data.

12) try not to run wifi on low signal. low signal wifi will consume more battery.

13) try not to put your phone against any electronic peripherals or dont not expose your battery to much heated area. if your battery is heating up it means it will drain sooner than normal.

14) if your phone is having Android 6.0 marshmallow then go for battery optimization mode. it saves lots of your phone battery.

15) try to turn off your phone's animations. putting them on off will actually increase the speed the your phone and also reflect in the battery performance. .

16) try to avoid those apps which have more ads in it. flashing of the ads in front of your phone will drain battery and also affect your phone performance. buying a pro version of app is good rather than going for free.

17) try not to drain your phone battery completely. because if you drain it completely then it will affect the life of your battery and make it useless much faster.

18) Live wallpapers are not good options to go for unless you have massive phone battery backup.

so these are the things which you can do for better performance of your phone and its battery.

do check out this space and my profile for some more useful tips on the phone.
