Just want to bring to your notice on the behaviour of the Shell Petrol Bunk staff at Bellandur, Bangalore.
Guys, I want to understand if others have also faced similar situations. It was really pathetic and unexpected of a reputed Brand Name shell having staff like this.
Today was the 3 rd time I went to this bunk.
First Time I went- the staff insisted repeatedly for Speed Petrol, I refused and he continued to insist try, I refused and finally refused strongly, but I certainly did not like the behavior of the staff, but it is a clear instruction from the management here.
Second Time - I made it clear at the first instance, Normal Petrol only. This happened without much hassles, but again they insisted of Speed Petrol.
Third Time - This was disgusting guys. I went and asked to fill for 500 Rs. The guy filled until I noticed the Price as 87.50 Rs/litre. I asked the guy why so costly, is is speed petrol to which the guy smiled. I did not like it guys and I asked him immediately should he not ask me and take my permission. You just cannot pour speed petrol without my knowledge, to which the guy said please take it easy sir nothing will happen, please dont make issue out of it. I replied back I certainly wont make an issue out of it and will take it lightly as you have already filled the petrol, but dont you think you should have told me, it was a simple thing.
Shame on us guys, why do we have to stoop to such low levels in the name of Shell Petroleum.
The guys talk as if they are doing a favor on me by filling petrol.
Is the Shell Management not ashamed of doing like this to customers, Are you human beings you ruthless and shameless people of India. Who gives you the right to cheat people. God has given you so much, shameless fellow, why do you have to stoop to such low level. Do you people treat your own mother also similarly.You guys wont even have sympathy for your own mothers and sisters, unfortunately we cannot expect anything out of you.
