Coming back from my inspection duty,on the way I thought of submitting my cell phone bill at an Airtel outlet situated at just five hundred meters from my office. Made a move along with two colleagues who had the similar thing to do. On the road we noticed a WagonR car coming from wrong side, it was bearing a Jammu and Kashmir Number. Unaware of local road they were making a mistake. Just then a Policeman stopped them and asked them to put aside the vehicle across the road. They tourist group obliged. I had a strong feeling that this Policeman is about to ask for a bribe, I discussed my intuition with my friend.
His response was to flee the place.
I asked him to stop for a minute. These Police wallahs are going to demand an out of way settlement which I was determined to stop,
The Policeman took the drive aside where more of the force were standing. While the tourist family was still in car. Our insistent stares were making the police people conscious, they tried to go farther but could not go away from our eyes. Going a step further, I took out the mobile and pretended to shoot them. Fear of getting caught dominated their minds and the police has to let go the car and driver.
