I got a call from 9850963934 at 15.14. The lady said she is from IDEA customer service and my number was given to Idea as an alternate number from some Balaram who is customer of Idea and has not paid his bills. who I have no Idea about.
I informed her I do not know the person and asked her to give some information if it is some one from my locality who I do not know the name of. The lady started getting rude on the phone and abusive and started to say that I do not need to lie and sound indifferent of the person, we know that you know him and that I should inform him to pay the bill and she slammed the phone down.
1) Not sure if she is from Idea customer service the way she spoke. Idea team should check the number for crank calls.
