Role of Bureaucrats or Diplomats - an imbalanced management system

By: nwh_01 | Posted Mar 20, 2010 | General | 301 Views

The concept of ruling with physical strength, will get extinct in the coming years hopefully, As nobody listens a bureaucrat-basically the ones who had faced reality in this world. Skill and efficiency counts in case of each and every individual. An inefficient individual, who has always the fear of losing the job or getting defamed, always has an insecurity in his or her mind. They either try to be very diplomatic or too obedient with their seniors in the office. On the other hand corrupt individuals would be diplomatic, or show their physical strength to fulil their aims, beacuse they know their weaknesses and they fear they would be caught. However there are many instances where an employer or an individual may be too diplomatic to get his or her goals fulfilled.

Afterall all such qualities depicts the inefficiency and nothing else. These individuals have simply highlighted their qualifications and experience but in reality their qualification and experience has no quality. If you can identify their job career, the first step would be they got their job either under some recommendations or through bribery. I would like to place bribery, recommendations and favouratism in the same level. In our country such issues are going to be traditional or customery.

A major change in job career whether for a private or a government organisation is the need of the hour if merit, sincerity, faith, qualifiction and experience has no values very soon a new revolution would start where individuals with competent skills as also who feels that learning and earning are unending processes, will destroy diplomacy and bureaucracy in the office culture.

Where other countries are developing fast even if there is corruption, politics, we are still slow running with the trial and error methods in all aspects . This is strange...
