From past 15 days, I am not getting channels at a specified time viz. 8AM to 2 PM and 5 Pm - 12 AM


This happens on about 25-30 channels


Error 400 - I try changing channels, restart set up box - issue still persists


I called up customer care and they say that they would send a Tech to check what the problem is and charge Rs. 175 for that. Are you sick, The dish and the set up is working good as it pulls up other channels. There are no issues of dish getting mis aligned as other channels do come.


There is an other Technical Glitch


Your customer service is a big joke, they do not understand the issue and would pitch in for Rs.175 charges. probably that is their sales incentives.


Talking to the escalation Specialist - Prajwal made the situation so worse as he does not understand and want me to escalate it to NODAL officer which I am doing it.


I wonder, how Reliance can exist with this technical failure and the Customer service team you have does not actually do the Customer Service.


What I expect is a resolution to view all the channels I have paid for. If you cant do it let me know through he-mail and I would complain it on facebook, twitter, Consumer forum, mouthshut and also all other blogs including Facebook of PM where he can actually understand the technical irregularity you have.


I would also work with TRAI to check if you could be penalized for this.


Now, I have an answer how you manage to donate Rs. 1 Crore week after week through SATHYAMEVA JAYATE and I would also post this mail in their blog, not to accept donation from you which comes from incorrect sources of earning like this.


LET ME TALK TO ANY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS WHO DO NOT FIT FOR THE JOB. THEY ARE RECRUITED TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND IF THEY CANT LET THEM WALK OUT OF THE COMPANY.


I AM WALKING OUT OF RELIANCE AND DEMAND A REFUND TO CLOSE MY SUBSCRIPTION FAILING WHICH I WOULD TAKE THE ISSUE TO TRAI.
