PLEASE GUYS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR RELIANCE TV. I dont get any paid channels during peak hours. The dish pulls the signal in the afternoon without any problem. The Setup box is good, the dish is good and also the connection is secure. Reliance do not want to service it for free and say that the connection is more than a year and the dish has been misaligned. If the dish has been misaligned, then how would it pull the signal during afternoon? They just want to charge me Rs.175/- for the Tech to visit. I failed to make them understand that the Dish pulls up the signal during the non-peak hours. I wish to walk out of the services and they deny refund of the annual subscription. They are cheating on me with the service and as well as annual subscription. I HAVE ALREADY RAISED A COMPLAIN AT TRAI AND HAVE ADVISED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO CONTINUE / GO WITH RELIANCE TV.
