There is a virtual world, virtual friends, and virtual gifts so I
thought why we can’t have a virtual country. So, I
take this privilege to announce the first virtual country on MS. The
name of this country would be
“MouthShut”(obviously). Now when the country is created we
need to manage it and for that we need council of ministers. Let me put

final decision will be taken here with the consent of all MSians
(majority as the rules of democracy).

PS: Paul has been appointed as the first Prime Minister of
Mouthshut (virtual country). All ministers are requested to check the
instructions / plan drafted by Prime Minister (Paul). It's there in the

Breaking News: Paul is about to quit as PM, please suggest some other name for this prestigious position. If there's won't be any common decision then everybody will have to accept whatever is decided by the cabinet.
