I wanted to purchase prepaid 2G sim card of Tata docom and visited the above outlet in the morning. The sales rep informed me that the sim card was available and asked me to fill up the form and submit the necessary documents. As I did not have time I visited them a few hours later in the evening. To my dismay the sales rep informed me that they did not have any sim card in stock and on further enquiry they told me that it would take one week to get the sim card. Compare this with Vodafone who are always having sim card readily available for their customers. No wonder Vodafone is having an ever increasing base compared to Tata docomo. This bad experience has put me off even about thinking of getting a Tata Docomo connection
