Delivery men employed by this Agency are crooks. They want Rs.28/- extra for supplying each cylinder of Indane! They fight for it saying that they are required only to door-deliver and if cylinder is required to be fitted in the kitchen, extra money is required. I had complained to ONGC through Govt. of India's website and the Agency was reprimanded & Manager assred me that it'd not happen in future. But still this loot is going on. Most of the consumers are not aware that as per rules of GOI, delivery boys must fit the cylinder to the stove & check for any leakages. Since we should rate the Agency from where we'r taking this service, I'm posting it. Capt.S K Gupta.
