I have placed an order of Home GYM Kit on 12th of september,2014 through Shopclues.com.
Initially the Expected time of delivery was 27th September but due to some reason they have extended date to 29th sep. 2014.
then I have called them and requested them that plz make it deliver before 28thsep as I will be unavailable from 28th to 4th of oct. 2014, then shopclues customer care executer took my request & told me that your order id is in high priority it will be delivered to you as soon as possible & before 28th of sep. But I didn't receive the product before 28th of sep.
During this time I have conatcted shopclues customer desk many time for knowing exact location of product & for tracking details but they were unable to give me the require info.
After that I have told my landlord to receive delivery on behalf of me.
but Neither there courier partner BLUE DART have called me Nor deliverd it to the address.
After coming from vacation I have contacted them through phone calls & email many time but they were unable to solve my problem.
Finally I got informatio on 9th of sep. that product is returning towards origin as it was unable to deliver. I have asked the reason but customer care executer were unable to reply the reason.
After that I have requested them for Reshipment of Order then they assured me that once the product will reached the origin it will reshiped to me.
Right now the product is at Mahipalpur Hub moving towards origin.

Now I am feeling helpless what to do & when I will get the order.
I have requested them for refund also, they told me once the order will reach to the origin then we will think about Refund.
I want to let u people know that I have ordered 2 more GYM kit through ebay & snapdeal(worth rupees 3500) & product were deliverd to me before 25th of sep. 2014.
Now I am thinking of take legal action gainst the Shopclues.com through the help of Consumer Forum.
I have written this much deatils just for bewaring u people from Shopclues.com
Don't trust this website, it don't have customer service after sale.
Other popular website are far better in all department from Shopclues.
