Hello People,
I have placed an order through shopclues.com on 4th of nov. which was expected to deliver to me through blue dart.com.

Tracking No. 50304832944
But it didnt delivered to me yet. when I have called both the customer care executer(Shopclues & Bluedart) they both were unable to track the shipment.
Even bluedart customer care executer told me that this tracking no. didn't belong to any courier( for prof I hv given Shopclues Order ID & attached an image of shipment details.
I wanted to know u people that Blue Dart is extremely Worst courier company, I hv suffered through it many time. Once I have sended a document through blue dart to delhi & they hv lost it. I use to do online shopping through shopclues.com whenever they send their courier through bluedart then it take too much time beyond expected delivery date & many times the product return to origin.
Other courier services are very very good in compare to Bluedart.
Even Blue Dart delivery man are not good in dispatching their service they don't put much effort to discover the address.
This time my Rs2500 courier has stucked, Nw I am worrying about it.
Now I will wait for 3 more days & after that that will take legal action through Consumer Forum.
