It all started from Ajjismentioning that she had never read Bridget Jones Diary. Now BJ Diary is supposed to be a good example of chick lit. Those were, SIGH,happy days when MS wasnt firewalled off in my office. So I was able to oblige Ajjis with a revu of the aforementioned book. Here was a topic dear to every girl's heart. And the MS Girls, under the able guidance of Chint25, converged on the revu and for a long time, set a record in most comments. Paul came up with his 100th revu, and soon his comment count outstripped (deservedly) mine on BJ.
The girls were in no mood to give up on BJ Comment Page (BJCP) because it was like a meeting point for them. We would mention our day to day happenings and shopping and activities. Alas, the page took ages to load and it was getting too cumbersome.
That brought us to the idea of starting a community on ORKUT called Gang of girls from Mouthshut. That was fun multiplied. Now we need to revive that and continue the fun we had there.
