Kocept Vijay Residency is an apartment in Nandi enclave at BSK 3rd stage.This was constructed Jointly byKoncept Builders and land owner Reprecented by One Vijay kumar. So some flats are sold by Builder and some are sold by land owner.I bought this apartment from Vijay kumar.The quality of construction of structure is reasonable,But interior fitting,bath room etc are of poor quality.In many flats water leakage is problem in bath rooms.
The builder and owner have some infighting between them.They are not interested in solving any issue .They just want want money from buyer.After buying if you call them for any issues they wont even pick up the phone.They just want to run away with money.
Because of the infighting between the builder and land owner I had dfficulty in getting loan from some bank.The builder will not give some documents required for loan if you are buying an apartment from land owners share.
So all those who are considering to buy a flat in Koncept Vijay are advised to avoid it.It is not worth for the money they are asking.
